Portffolio: artist-led masterclass for 14-18 yr olds
11.00am - 5.00pm
The workshop will provide an introduction to modeling and casting. Focusing on the human figure, students will use drawings and photographs as a starting point for exploring a variety of modeling materials and how they affect the surface of your shape. The day will be fast paced, moving from intensive observation to the translation of flat images into three dimensional forms and learning the basics of mould-making and casting.
Students should wear old clothes or overalls, with long hair tied back.
It's also recommended to bring some hand cream.
£12.50 per workshop or £50 for five workshops.
All materials are provided and are included in the cost.
