To accompany our current exhibitions 'Leviathan' and 'Land/Sea' we have a day of events to explore the approaches and themes of artists Shezad Dawood and Mike Perry, and the issues raised by their work.

Join Alfredo Cramerotti, MOSTYN Director for a tour of the exhibitions 'Leviathan' by Shezad Dawood and 'Land/Sea' by Mike Perry.

In the afternoon

To accompany Shezad Dawood's exhibition 'Leviathan', Professor David Thomas of Bangor University's School of Ocean Sciences will present Art, Aesthetics, Architecture and Algae - a talk that asks "Are the worlds of observational biology and art and design as different as we perceive them to be?" and shows how the two are underpinned by similar inspiration.
