About Mizuki:
Born in Ibaraki, Japan in 1985, Mizuki graduated from Akita Municipal Junior College of Arts and Crafts in Visual Design. After that, she became interested in making jewellery and seeking a challenge in a totally different environment and came to Hereford UK in 2011 to study and graduated with a first class with honours in BA Jewellery Design.
All of Mizuki's jewellery creations are one-off pieces, and within her jewellery she creates unique mark-making patterns on delicate enamelled copper surfaces using the sgraffio technique, with each oxidised black silver fastening carefully designed and handmade by Mizuki herself.
Mizuki's jewellery is available to buy via MOSTYN shop.
The event is made possible thanks to the support of The Great Britain Sasakawa Foundation
