Ca’ Shell is an exhibition that brings together some of the artist’s concerns surrounding notions of time, place, culture, art and displacement, all of which extend from a single photograph of the interior of a polytunnel, used by his father, a tenant farmer, as means of providing temporary shelter to stock during lambing.
